Hotel Policy

1. Reservation Confirmation:

A valid payment method is required to secure your reservation. Upon completing the booking process, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your reservation. 

  • Government-issued photo identification and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges. 

2. Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans may change. If you need to modify or cancel your reservation, please do so within the specified cancellation period to avoid any charges.  

  • The guest can cancel free of cost 48 hours before check-in time of 3:00 PM 
  • The guest will be charged the amount of 1 day + taxes if they cancel within 48 hours of the check-in time of 3:00 PM 

3. Check-In and Check-Out Times:

Check-in time is at 3:00 PM, and Check-Out time is at 11:00 AM. 

Late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.

4. Payment:

We accept major credit cards and cash payments reserve the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival. Upon check-in, a hold for incidentals may be placed on your credit card, which will be released upon check-out, minus any additional charges incurred during your stay. 

5. Additional Guests and Extra Beds:

Please notify us in advance if you require extra beds or have additional guests joining your reservation. 

  • Additional charges may apply for extra beds or additional guests, and availability is subject to room occupancy limits. 
  • The maximum number of extra beds allowed depends on the room you choose. 
  • Extra beds are subject to availability, Extra Bed request – $10 per person, per night. 
  • Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms. 
  • Additional fees are not calculated automatically in the total cost and will have to be paid separately during your stay. 

6. Parking Facilities:  

  • One free parking per customer is available on-site. 
  • The vehicle must be listed on the registration during check-in.  
  • Parking for registered guests is free.  
  • All vehicles are parked at the risk of the owner. 
  • Ventura Grand Inn shall not assume liability or responsibility for any vehicle, occupants, or contents while operated or parked on the hotel property.  
  • If a vehicle is left in the hotel parking lot after the guest has departed without the written consent of the hotel, the hotel reserves the right to have the vehicle towed at the owner’s expense. 

7. Age Requirement:

The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to check in. Any guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. 

8. Child policy:

Children below 5 years of age have free stay. Cribs/infant beds/infant dining chairs are not available. 

9. Pets:

Pets are accepted with a fee of $30.00 per pet per night.  

  • A maximum of 2 pets are allowed per room- Dogs and cats only.  
  • Pets are allowed in Certain Rooms Only.  
  • No pet or emotional support pet or service animal is allowed in the lobby or front office.
  • Emotional support Pet : Emotional support animals do not qualify as a service animal when staying at a hotel.  They qualify only for long term housing such as renting an apartment to live in as per ADA law. Hence if the guest has any emotional support pet, can stay in a pet friendly room paying appropriate pet fee.

10. Smoking Policy:

Our hotel is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas.  

11. Damages and Liabilities:

Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the hotel property during their stay. We reserve the right to charge the credit card on file for any necessary repairs or replacements. 

12. Guest Conduct:

We expect all guests to adhere to respectful and courteous behavior towards fellow guests and hotel staff. Any disturbance or inappropriate conduct may result in immediate eviction without a refund. 

13. Room Inspection and Refund Policy:

Upon request prior to check-in, guests may be granted a 20-minute room inspection period. If dissatisfied, guests must notify the hotel during the check-in process to be eligible for a full refund. Refund requests related to room or service satisfaction made after check-in or following the use of amenities will not be considered.
